CANCELLATION POLICY
•If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so in at least 48 hours. Anything within 24 hours requires a $50 inconvenience charge •If you cancel on the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment booked •If you are running late, the grace period is 10 minutes. Anything after that your appointment will be canceled, our doors will lock, and the same day 50% cancellation fee will be applied •If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying us at all, you will be charged 100% of the service price and will no longer be able to book again
